Default bumper problem

I had a question. On the integra bumper, there is this gap right under the tail lights. Some others integras have this as well. There is also a gap right above the rear bumper. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I was wondering if it could be fixed. Thanks

Yes, I am talking about the filler panel. There are gaps between the filler panel and the tail lights as well as the filler panel and the rear bumper. I wanted to know if there is a way to adjust it so there wouldn't be a gap. It's not damaged or anything, the gap probably got loose due to vibrations.

Its removeable and you could play around with the size of the holes, like have them loosely bolted together and see if you can play around with the placement and position to eliminate as much of the gap as possible. The tailights, bumper cover support and the filler pannel are all bolted onto the rear trunk/bulkhead.
