SRS light wont go off help!

Default SRS light wont go off help!
i have a 95 accord lx and was working on the gauge cluster so i disconnected the batt. and disconnected the srs plug under the steering wheel then when i reconnected it and connected the batt the light wont turn off. anyone know whats wrong and how i can fix this ?? thanks
