I installed a stero cd from an 2004 Oddessy in my 1991 Accord using snap harnesses on both ends. The harness on the radio had an extra wire for 'illumination' (orange) that did not have a corresponding wire on the car harness. Both had the 'orange/white' wire for the 'dimmer'. Now, at night when I turn on the headlights, the radio display dims, but none of the buttons ligh up. Where should I connect the extra 'orange' wire on the radio so that the radio button lights will come on when the headlights come on. Should I just splice it in with the 'orange/white' wire? Or some where else. Please adivse. Thanks!
