Anyone ever heard of S.W.I.F.T springs?
I got these gold S.W.I.F.T. springs on a set of Ohlins coilovers from a JDM Civic Type R. It looks like the Type R was in racing trim given the several race pieces I got off the car. The springs were marked 200 on the front and 160 on the rear. I can't believe these are the lbs/sq. in ratings as they seem so low.
Anyone know what these numbers mean?

Swift is a Japanese spring manufacturer. Endless uses them on some of their Zeal products. The number on their spring is the spring rate in kg/mm, where xxx = xx.x kg/mm. So you have 20 and 16 kg/mm, ~1120 and 896 lbs/in.
quit lying to the guy
THOSE SPRINGS/SHOCKS ARE TOTALLY JUNK...WORTHLESS PIECES OF CRAP SEND THEM OVER TO ME, I WILL PROPERLY DISPOSE OF THEM FOR YOU
hahaha...20k and 16k is a pretty popular set up in Japan, seen many cars running similar rates.
In all seriousness...if you are willing to sell shoot me a PM

everyone seems to like those springs because of their high quality and light weight. I had a sponsor deal with Endless Zeal suspension. I am not the sus guru so I cannot comment on these components except for:
#1 they are very light and I am a light weight junkie
#2 I had the Zeal superfunctions and Swift springs on my Integra when I recorded the Honda Challenge lap record at Willow Springs.
I guess you can say they obviously helped me go fast!
and purple is my favorite color

Andy Hope runs some too, for the RSX I think.
BTW, we run 16K front and 20K rear for our TEIN N1's. I know the J-Spec is 20 FRONT and 16 REAR, but trust me - it dont work unless you are running J-Spec settings (i.e. Slicks and Staggered on nicely paved tracks)
IMO- it seems like the rates are too high for a CRX (assuming its for a race car). But I dont own a CRX so I don't know....

Thanks for the info guys. I will try them with the springs swapped front to rear. They will go on a EG hatch weighing 2000 lbs with a K20A. I am waiting on the DTRfab Header I ordered.

Are you road racing this car? Is is daily driven? Those spring rates will be hard on both you and your car if you try and street drive it. Plus, swapping the rates front to rear on the street could prove to be dangerous. Also, I wouldn't run those rates on a car without a weld in cage.

Those rates could also be newton/metres. The H&R 60mm race springs are sold in newton/metres. I have several sets.
1 newton metre=5.7 in/lbs, so:
200 = 1140 in/lbs
160 = 912 in/lbs
