dowel pin removal
hey guys,
anyone have any good ways of removing dowel pins. im trying to remove and reuse the dowel pins on my old water pump and transfer them to my new water pump. but the damn pins do not want to come off. anyone have any easy idea on how to remove it. i tried lots of force with a pair of plyers and wd40 with no luck. didnt even move. please help!!!

dowel pins? ... hmm.. if your talking about the ones that are treaded and have a smooth part at the bottom then all you need to do is use vise grips and twist them out like you would with a screw.
