found most of the miss.
well i posted awhile ago about a miss i had on my b18c1. fully built. it would miss prety much everytime i stepped on the gas. well i was regapping the plugs today, and i found out that the #2 spark plug boot. was not fully pushed down on the spark plug. so i took it for a run after, and the miss is almost completely gone. it does have an intermitent miss every now and then though still. and i still feel that is related to shitty injectors(310s, but they r some generic brand)
another problem though now. the #1 plug was very white. like it had been running extremely lean. but the compression in that cylinder was 210psi. all other 3 cylinders were around the 160psi mark. but the plugs were all a nice tan colour. so not sure what to think about all that.
but im goin in a week to get the new header, IM, and 70mm TB. all items are currently stock which is why my power is so low im assuming(150whp) these should bring it up to the neighborhood of 180-190 im hoping. but ill give an update once im back from the dyno.

its got
-11.5/1 forged pistons
-forged eagle rods
-bored.40" over
-pnp head
-ferrea valves, retainers,springs
-crower stage 2 cams
-aem adjustable cam gears
-310cc injectors
-aem fpr
-aem fuel rail
-8.5mm plug wires
-injen short ram intake
-apexi n1 exhaust
-hondata s200 tuned
like i said, it is still runnin the stock IM, TB, and header. so im sure that is whats chokin the power outof it. the tuner said it wouldnt make any power when he gave it fuel in the top end. u can feel when vtec kicks in that it has no more go. so im positive, that lack of air flow is kilin my power.
but ill know for sure once im back from the dyno in 2 weeks.

definitely get a header with a 2.5 in collector, also go 2.5 straight through exhaust, along with port match GSR IM & TB, you'll get somewhere around 195-205, retune the Hondata after though...

You have more serious problems to address than headers and exhasut. your #1 cylinder has an issue. It is so far off from the other cylinders. Check you valve lash you may have that cylinder set way to tight. Or since your plugs are so white maybe you have some detonation issues that have hurt the piston. Is your cam timing ok? It almost sounds like you are a tooth off or something.

if thats the case. tehn why am i only seeing plug problems on #1 cylinder. and howcome it is the only one with good compression?? doesnt make sense that the only properly burning cylincers r the ones with crappy compression.

damn, I didn't even see the part where it said 160-210...got to stop posting when i'm not sober...lol
anyway, yes, please find out why your compression is so off, just because the number is high does not mean it is working properly, you want each cylinder to be close to each other, something like an 18 +/- psi is acceptable, anymore then you might have issues, I'd rather have 160 all the way through then 210-160-160-160.
