14b turbo on 2nd Gen ZC... what are the best plugs, wires and ECU?

14b turbo on 2nd Gen ZC... what are the best plugs, wires and ECU?
ok.. so i had a 93 si vtec turbocharged on 6 psi... then i popped the thing.
now i bought a 2nd gen ZC DOHC, non-vtec, 1.6...
now... of course being non-vtec, the stock ECU from the SI will not work unless its chipped...
i was wndrering whether there's an easier way. DOES NE ONE KNOW OF A ECU THAT'LL RUN GREAT WITH THIS SET-UP??
my next question is i need colder plugs... which ones are best...
and what spark plug wires should i use??

NGK bkr7e,88 integra factory honda wires work best,and as far as an ecu a 94-95 integra ecu will plug right in and probably work well.
