Default Pressing gas makes the car kill

I am getting the problems out of my crx dx with a b16a swap. One problem I am having is that pressing the gas, when it first starts up, makes the engine kill, or stop for a second and then rev. Any ideas what the problem is? I am getting a few cels, trying to clear them, mostly 6 and 8. I tested everything for 6 and 8 in the shop manual and everything checks out. Could it be the ecu that would make this happen?
