Default Weird plug wire problem

I have a bone stock 92 Accord lx two door. I've been having problems with it starting intermitintly. I started with the basics and looked at the plug wires as they are pretty shitty looking. When I first started the car they were arcing like crazy, all four of them would give me a little shock if I touched them. I let it run a little while cause my battery was dead from sitting all summer. When I came back to shut the car off the wires were not arcing anymore. WTF? Why would they arc when cold but not when hot? Something else wrong?

could be just moisture that got in the plug wires.

Replace them, it is a simple as that... Might as well throw in some fresh spark plugs also.

Yea, replace the wires. Broken wires do strange stuff. I don't have a clue as to why they would arc and then not arc. Anyways, the good thing is that you can see the problem and it's easily fixed.
