Buying a 1994 Accord LX Sedan
I'm most likely buying this car from my grandparents. It's like they barely drove the car. 11 years old and less than 65k miles. It's in awesome shape and runs great, which why I'm buying it as my car for college. I had a '00 Focus, but was very dissatisfied with it as it continuely broke even before I started modding it.
Now my questions are, what can I do to the Accord to make it more of a driver's car? It's an auto, so I'm basically screwed there, but it's not like this is going to be my Auto-X / Road Circuit racer. I really don't know the specs of the motor (actually was planning on searching for that this afternoon) but I was hoping to get 115-125whp somehow. I hate loud, buzzy exhausts, so I was looking at the Apex'i WS. They seem pretty quiet for the most part. I also like the Tokico shocks/spring kit. Anyone have that? I want it to be better handling, but nothing super harsh.
I plan on getting some Rota Sub Zero's and Falken Ziex's on there. I'm going to tint it and probably throw a 10" in the back since this is my daily ride, but other than that, I want some reliable HP mods. Thanks for any suggestions in advance.

you have basically summed it up for yourself in your post, the shock and spring combo are good, the rims, well thats your prerogative on dependant on your taste, the other stuff, well, lets see, get an air intake, explore http://www.aempower.com and see what parts they make for your motor, you could get that apex'i exhaust, get a catback and a header, there is so much you can do to gain some power...its a matter of your budget and the extent you want to go to...****, i think you might even be able to get an aftermarket torque convertor for your auto tranny...im almost sure on that.
