Default 91 crx b16a installing golden eagle cam gears

just wondering what all is involved in installing cam gears from start to finish?
like tdc on the crank timming what to do and not to do thanks for all and any help in advance Carlos

line up the timing marks, then take off the stock cam gears. Then put on the GE gears. The torque specs are in the instructions. Then make sure that u tighten the 4 small adjustment bolts, they are NOT tight when u buy them. Becareful not to overtorque them though. 20 ft/lbs for the adjustment bolts.

ok so the crank should be at TDC and the cams should be where the arrows are pointing straight up. I just whant to make sure and also whould that through off the timming once you deg. the cam gears?
