best header for b16a
ok guys i have read and seen the dyno charts on a book called how to build your honda ... and it says that the apexi stainless steel header for the type r integra will give a b16a the most horse power
That was just on that specific setup, and also, they only tested it against a few differnt headers. They are good headers, but its not to say that they will be the best headers for every setup.

correct!
what are your power goals? what will you be using the car for the most(race, daily driver)? just getting a header won't give you that much hp without a complete exhaust system.
if you want to buy a header b/c you saw a graph that said it was the best b/c it gives you x amount of hp, then go right ahead. my advice is to think about what you want to do to the engine and then research.
good luck
