i have spoon cam gears, spoon spark plug wires, test pipe, ummm thats about it i guess. oh yeah i have vafc but i dont really know how 2 use it. im wondering would it be good if i bump up my timing by couple of degrees

The cam gears probably wont do much without a cam. Why don't you search and then built it up (pistons, rods, cam, valvetrain, clutch and flywheel, etc.).

The less weight, the faster you'll go.
The more you build your motor, the faster you'll go.
Since you installed a VAFC, get it tuned. VAFC isn't just there to slap it on and off you go. You'll need to take your car to a dyno and get it tuned by professionals. You don't really have much on your motor to make you go faster. Stock B18s aren't 13s material unless you build them a little. Get some valvetrain components installed, tune your VAFC and I bet just with that you'll be in the high 13s.
