Default Header leak causing power loss?

Hi, I think my FGK 4-2-1 headers are leaking where the the pipes are welded to the flange at the block. Im sure it's leaking because my car sounds like a tractor from up front. I've noticed my car has been a little sluggish lately. Are leaking headers causing my car to lose power?

Cheers
