EG jdm rear tail-light has moisture inside the lens

EG jdm rear tail-light has moisture inside the lens
I just noticed the buildup of moisture in there...anyone know how to clear it up and seal it to prevent it from happening again?

first find out where moisture is getting in.
if its the light itself, buy some winshield sealant from your local auto parts store, and seal it up.
