Default Searched f22 h22 compatiblity

I have a modded dsm manifold on my h22 engine and I blew the h22 up. My buddy has a f22 he could let go for cheap. I was wondering if I could swap it over and the exhaust manfiold would bolt up. I saw one other thread where one person said it wont work...anyone verify that

the exhaust ports on the H and F are different...the H's ports are evenly distrubuted, whereas the F's are not (center two ports are closer o--o-o--o). to be honest, just shell out the cash (or save) for a nice custom manifold. you could proably get one for around $400 (or look for someone selling theirs). the F series people kind of get shafted in this area.

10K would have gotten you a better ride than a civic hatch

ive seen some mean turbo f22b1 hatches that would make you stop laughing and start crying. its a good idea for those that want that boostable f. plus it has something the b series isnt familliar with...torque

to do a h22 in a hatch you have to cut out the passenger side mount...so I cant really do anything but a H or F series. Know whats goin on before you open your ignorant mouth

8.8:1 compression stock and *** wads of torque will make you **** yourself...so **** off about F series motors, cause they're rock solid.

I don't recall a motor from honda other than the f22 that can handle 1bar of boost w/ a good tune on stock internals.
