Hey everyone, i dont think my clutch is exactly going out but im having trouble getting into gear and when the clutch pedal isnt pushed down and as i accelerate its the car makes a weird noise. The other day i couldnt even start it and i think that the clutch wasnt connecting right but im not for sure since im all new to this. Usually my car is really smooth at shifting i barely have to push down on the clutch and it slides right into gear but for the past few days since its been making that noise its become to where i have to push my clutch down all the way and i still have trouble getting into gear and sometimes even grind. i know i probably sounds clueless but at this point i am! I am just now really getting into imports and still have a lot to learn. I dont know if my clutch is going out or if it has something to do with something else. I just need to know so i can buy the right parts that i need replaced. Thanks for any help.

 

check your tranny fluid first, since thats cheap to get if you are low, however, that doesnt usually drain out by itself, unless u got a leak.

it could be as simple as your fluid being old and dirty
