Default need c/f hood...suggestions?

Well, my aerogear fiberglass hood has just about had it. It's stressed cracked beyond repair so I'm aiming for a new c/f hood to go with my new paint job. I know most ppl say OEM style but i had vented and kinda liked it. I drove it in the snow, rain, and dirt and had no trouble.

anybody like the VIS xtreme gt? it doesn't seem to "xtreme" and the vents seem to be over the intake manifold which would be good.

how about the SS camaro style hood. tcsportline sells one that looks like that. i'm not sure if I like that or not.

anybody else have suggestions on good quality c/f hoods oem or vented? I definitely want a good quality one that can withstand salt from winters and dirt roads in hickville, PA.

also, pics would help! the hood is going on a black car.

stick with VIS cf hoods, still think they are good, there are billions of choices, but VIS is my personal, seen them go for 325 plus shipping for OEM style, vented i think is about 80-100 more depending on which style

fitment is great on mine, take a look at the pics, link in sig, if you'd like. It's a VIS Invader (reverse vented). Very functional as well...

ok so i figured out that the xtreme gt is out of the picture due to the vents being directly over the valve cover...

i've heard that the ss hood doesn't allow wind or water onto the engine...still a possibility...anybody wanna photoshop one of those hoods on a lude?

also an oem hood is my other option...any reason to go with Vis's AA grade instead of A grade? does the carbon fiber skeleton underneath add strength?
