What do you mean stripped

stripped as in :

the threads are fucked and the bolt just turns in the whole

or the head is rounded off?

try vice grips

if is way too rounded then get a grinder and make the edges flat so you can grab it with vice grips. Clamp the grips on super tight...use 2 hands. Should work.

or drain the old fluid, and place the correct amount (measured to the drop) of oil through top of your casing via your speedo gear hole.

Yes, remove the vss, one 10mm long bolt, just wiggle it side to side, the o-ring probably is fried a bit.

You can also fill it through the hole for the reverse light switch. But these alternate fill methods are just a temporary measure. Focus on getting the problem fixed. I had one that was really stuck once and had to used a pole on the end of the wrench and hit it with a dead-blow hammer several times. If you can get something to grab onto the stripped head of this bolt, I would try using an extension bar to get more leverage on it.
