Anyone know G's Track Toy / Garrett Davis?

I have a driver who is partially paid but his email is bouncing. Anyone help?

You've given me full refund, due to the event's time and location change, minus the PayPal transaction charge months ago.

According to PayPal, you gave me a $295.00 refund on Feb. 26, 2004, which was based upon an original $305.00 payment made to you on Oct. 21, 2003.
