I have a 2nd gen b16a with I/H/E. I just got a smokin deal on:

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this set-up? Does this set-up require a higher compression ratio to see any gains? Should i change the valve seals when i do the springs and retainers? Is it necessary to use adjustable cam gears? Would a VAFC suffice for fuel & tuning purposes?
