Default New lightweight underdrive pully, needs new alternator belt?

Just installed a new underdrive pulley and the stock b16a alternator belt doesn't fit, it's a little big as the underdrive pulley it a little smaller, it has only 1 accessory belt as I have no power steering or AC. Anyone got a easy way to find a smaller belt other than trying a few out at Checker. Any suggestions would help. Thanks.

read the instruction that came with them...they give a you a part number that is easily cross-referenced. or you can look at your old belt and decipher the part number on it. a belt that is marked 4039 is a style 40 belt (four ribs, standard v groove) and 39 inches in circumference. just figure out approxamatley how much distance was eliminated and buy that belt. you con't have to be precise since you can always adjust the alternator out to correct the tension.
