yeah really why would u want a spoon hood? For the price you could buy a whole bunch of things for yur car instead of some non-performance-enhancing-item

Talking to Opaks VP last weekend, he said that the Spoon cf hood was on back order for a long time, with no delivery date in sight.

How good of a price? It would have to be a stolen one for it to be that good of a price compared to a VIS.

Don't worry so much on how your car looks, but how it performs!

Like everything in life price usually speaks for itself, however I don't think anyone hear has ever had both hoods side by side to actually test them out. I would say myself that Spoon has better quality, Also your the owner so get what you want

I've got the spoon hood on my teg. My boy has a VIS hood. We compared it side by side and I must say the weave on the spoon is way better. The weave isn't so big like the vis. Looks really sick. The edges on the spoon hood are cut rather than rolled on the vis. Don't worry they cut it just right. Lifting both hoods, Spoon is lighter than the vis. If you got the money and thats what you really want, buy it. Buy what YOU want.

I ordered mine from Leo at PasswordJDM about 1 1/2 ago. Mine too was on backorder. I waited about 6 months to get mine straight from Japan. Back then, I too had a tough time trying to find someone that had in stock, decided to duke it out and have some patience.
