Default CHECK ENGINE LIGHT & CODES WILL NOT STOP

I Have a B18a in my 88 dx crx, I previously had a D16A6 motor in it and had it rewired for multi-point it ran fine with that setup then i cracked the head so I installed the B18 myself. Ever since the install it has had a check engine light and throwing (idle air control valve and vehical speed sensor) codes, having a rough idle @200 rpm's and normal driving then flooring it boggs and the bogging goes on for about 4 seconds then it kicks in and goes never happening after 4k rpm's. But if i am driving hard through the rpm's and then get stop light to stop light it spins tires when i floor it up to 3rd gear. It seems like it is getting loaded up and i blow everything out and it runs great. I have talked to techs about it and they say i need to get it rewired for the B18 but how would i do that? i thought B18A's wire right in to 88-91 crx's? my dashpot setup on the firewall is a single dash pot and the integras come with 2 does that make a difference and how would i setup for a 2 dashpot system? I have adjusted the valves, changed oil, cleaned air filter, changed plugs, new sensors, changed ecu, exhaust gaskets. the only thing I haven't messed with is the tps since i dont know how to. but at this point im lost and I know if I bring it into a shop here theyre gonna charge me for a diagnostic and say that i have a wiring problem or a sensor problem and tell me everything i already know without fixing it. Also a shop told me to switch the 2 sensors around because i might have installed them backwards, it helped for like a few minutes then went back to the same thing.
please help i need to get my car reff'ed soon

The 90-91 LS ECU is a PR4. Well I had a similar problem with my LS in my rex but I wasnt throwing all those codes. Mines was hesitating up until about 3k rpm's so I changed the rotor in the distributor cap and my problem was gone. It could be something as small as that. But make sure you're using the right ECU.

make sure your spedo cable is PROPERLY attached into the tranny

test the TPS, that could cause idle problems. You need a meter and spec's you will get different voltages as the throttle is increased. Naturally going up.

Clean your intake manifold and sensors that can be cleaned. passegways etc.

Don't bother with any of the other sensors they are NOT your problem. TRUST ME. This IS your problem:
the 88's wiring is different at the EACV than 89-91 civic/crx or 90-91 teg. Unpin the black wire pin # A17 on ur ecu plug. Tape it off with electrical tape. That should fix the problem. The 88's used a separate ground for the eacv. In 89+ it was grounded with A11. Or you can just unpin it at the green eacv plug in ur engine bay. Depin the ground wire. If you still get the CEL, then leave the black wire unpinned and then switch the blue/yellow eacv wire to the other pin where the black wire was originally pinned. That should fix it.

99.9% of people don't know this about the 88's. Actually, I think I discovered it myselft. Everytime you do MPFI in and 88 civic/crx, you get code 14, UNLESS you use an 88 si ecu. So, when you do an mpfi engine swap in an 88 such as a b18, you get a code 14. I think the PR3 and PW0 ecu's may be different, but I know all the U.S. ecu's will throw this code in an 88.
