New Jersey engine swaps

Hey I'm new here and I just wanted to know if anyone out there knew anyone or any shops in Jersey that would do a B16A swap in a 1990 civic hb.

all the shops from like exit 110 on the parkway and down are total jokes, where in jersey you live?
