92 teg vs. 04 interpid SXT

Default 92 teg vs. 04 interpid SXT
Hey my friend just bought a 2004 Dodge Intrepid with the 3.5L high output motor in it his is stock 100%.

I have a 92 teg with a b16a swap stage 2 clutch cold air intake exhuast system.

Could i beat him in the 1/4 mile? If not what would I need to do to my car to be able to beat him (no turbo)?

To beat him you just need to drive better. Seriously, driver skill will matter more than the car with those 2 cars.
