good newbie all-motor setup? need opinion..

Default good newbie all-motor setup? need opinion..

i was wondering if this was a good all-motor setup..any input will help alot...i don't really no anything about all-motor...i came from the bottle..

here's wut i got so far..
95 gsr head (p&p) head milled 30 thousand...
crower stage 3 camshaft with skunk2 springs retainers..
95 jdm gsr block with ctr piston...rods are heat treated...
dc sports header 2 1/2 inch collector with revtec highflow cat..
2 1/2 inch catback...
I WILL get it dyno tune after i put it together....how much horse u guys think it'll make? please give me some input on to do's or not to do's...

that's a nice *** setup you have going on there.. one thing i might like to add is that i think your CR is going to be too high for our shitty 91 octane. i myself wouldn't go over 11.5 on 91 but that's just me, some people might tell you different. also, i think your cams might be a little bit too aggressive, look into some Jun 3's and see if you like those. is this going to be in your hatch? daily driven? nice setup nevertheless.

you will have like 13.1:1 compression with that setup if you use a stock 3 layer head gasket

I suggest that you step down to ITR pistons or something since you have your head milled sooo much....

dang...will the jdm b16 piston work?...at least it'll bump the compression down a little wouldn't it?...so the crower 3 would be too aggressive?...how bout if i use the skunk stage 2? u think that'll work?...more inputs please...

p30 piston can work but your head is milled alot...and with crower stage III you may have problems...make sure you check clearence with clay or playdoe...
