Default Help: Bent Rear Engine Bracket

nHi installing a B18C engine into a DC integra.
The rear engine bracket found to be bent during a crash.
This is the bracket that bolts to the gearbox and power steering beam.
The engine is in but the bolt holes do not line up due to it being bent.
My question is can the engine be run without this bracket?

thanks help much appreciated.

Well I'm not quite getting the power steering beam part. If this is the back mount you are referring to then you NEED to use it.

Yeah this bracket bolts onto the rear engine mount and this mount bolts
onto the steering beem, which is part of the chassis really.
This bracket sort of looks like a upside down triangle. three bolt holes lining through the gearbox and one bolt hole for the rear engine mount.
would it be ok if i could only line up one of the gearbox holes?
Thanks

No it's not OK. Use all of them. The back mount is the most important one on our cars. Go buy a new bracket.
