Notice ITR is basically smooth on the bulbous top part of the mani. The B16 is similar, but has junk bolted to the top (or two bolt bosses that the junk bolts to). It also has only one vaccum nipple facing the intake runners.
The B18C1 looks completely different (multiple pieces, intake runners curve the opposite direction, etc). B16 & B18C5 (ITR) are the one's that get swapped most often.

If I'm not mistaken, it will say PR3 on the intake manifold. It's engraved on the intake man. around the runnner underneath the throttle body. If I had a camera I'd show you buts its pretty obvious.
