Default Defective Skunk2 sway bar?

Hey all,
Does anyone have any information about a possible recall of Skunk2 (Skunkworks) rear sway bar for a 94 gs-r?

I took a look the other day and the entire left side bracket has ripped out of the frame, and the right side bracket has a big crack in it.

I heard from one parts dealer that these were recalled at some point, and I'm trying to find out if that is true, and if there is any recourse for me and my soon-to-be welding bill. For some reason, Skunk2 will not return any of my emails..Go figure.

Thanks for any help or advice,
Ren

Are you serious?

Its ripping out because you need to reinforce the subframe with a Beaks kit or something. The sway bar is putting additional stress on that area and tends to rip.

By the way, sell the skunk2 bar to me. I really want one!
