Default Torquing Spark Plugs To Spec

I have the following plugs to install: NGK BKR6EGP Platinum.

I consulted a chart that lays the torque numbers. I know my plugs fall under 14mm but I am unsure of the differenace between Conical seat type and flathead seat type.

How can I tell what type I have so I know how to torque the plugs to spec.

Default Re: Torquing Spark Plugs To Spec (Jason M)

B = 14mm Thread Diameter
K = Hex Size 5/8" Projected Tip (ISO)
R = Resistor Type
6 = Heat Range 2(Hot) - 11(Cold)
E = 19mm (3/4") Thread Reach
GP = Platinum Firewire(6mm) Firing End Construction

And it has a gasket seat and not a tapered seat.
