LS/VTEC...getting rdy to do in the future

LS/VTEC...getting rdy to do in the future
Can anyone lead to a place where I can get the info on everthing I need to replace in my engine so I have no problems down the road from reving the engine into higher RPMs? Or just make a list....maybe an estemate on the price of all the mods. thx
