Default Civic Hatch b16 Suggestion Setup Please

Hi,
Just purchased a 94 Civic Hatch, looking to do some engine work but keep it all motor and a bit reliable, being that it will be daily driver. I would apperciate setup suggestions that would put me in mid/high 13's. Its currently completly stock besides some lowering springs.

OR if there are some setups for b16's posted some where I would apperciat urls if thats possible.

Thanks

Just start with the basics first. Get some sort of header with a 2.5" collector, followed by a 2.5" exhaust system. Invest in some sort of air intake. Then I would suggest upgrading the intake manifold to something like the ITR piece, skunk2 or AEBS. Get a means of fuel management, cam gears, and have it tuned.

There are many things you can do and start adding to the engine. The bolt ons are a must to start off with before you start taking the engine apart. If you are still not satisfied with it, you can add new cams and a means of upping the compression.
