Outch.. I would have that welded.. Dont use some ghetto fix on the exhaust housing..

Easy test for the wastegate.. Go out and get a pressure regulator from home depot(about $20 or so).. Hook up and air hose to one side of it and the other side goes to your wastegate through a hose.. Put an accurate boost gauge on the regulator so you can see what the pressure is.. Then turn the regulator and feel the wastegate.. When its about 45% to 55% opened look at the gauge and thats an estimated guess of your boost.. I did this and it worked great..

that is a T3 like they said
more than likely a straight t3

the wastegate more likely is like 7......judgin by what the stock specs are no manufacturers

that housing is foked

u need to bake that thing to 450 degrees and keep it there for 10 minutes

then weld it, and keep it hot for at least 6 hrs afterwards and reduccing at least 100 degrees every hour.. that will make sure the weld stays there and wont brake no more

I have a t3 (.42/.48) and I think I would go with the t25, if I had to do it again. I autocross my car and could use a bit more response, but if you're planning on doing more drag-type racing, then I'd go with the t3, I suppose.
