89 civic hatchback DX....had starter tested, everything checked out fine, new battery, i can still hear the fuel pump when i turn it over to acc., full tank of gas, is it cuz the cars been sittin in fornt of the house for a month?? we tried 2 gear roll start but nothin, the car cranks with ease jus wont start any ideas guys?? thanks in advance

 

A car needs 4 things to start, Spark, Air, Fuel and Compression. I'd say check for spark.

 

Take out a spark plug, stick it in the plug wire, hold it on the engine case, and crank. Does it spark?
