Difference between SI(Sir) tanny and a del sol vtec tranny???

Difference between SI(Sir) tanny and a del sol vtec tranny???
Is there a difference between these two trannies? or is the only difference when you swap it into a teg where you hafta use a LS/GSR Shift linkage....
