Default VECCO and SS Auto Chrome

Hi, I'm not sure if there is a topic like this already or not, but I wanted to know what you guys think about VECCO and SS Auto Chrome turbos and kits. The only thing i have bought from VECCO was a silicone coupler and the only thing I have bought from SS Auto Chrome was a 35mm wastegate that i haven't used yet. Here are links if you need them:

http://www.vecco.com/honda_kits.htm

btw I have a 00 Civic SI body with a d16y8 which I turbo'd. I have a B16 sitting in my yard waiting to be used but i want to use the d16 first and see what kind of performance I can get from it.

Thanks for looking.

They make decent headers. Haven't heard of any cracking on their manifolds either.

about a month ago, i put up a thread asking about vecco turbo kits and got about ten replies. nobody said anything bad about the company just a couple people that said if i had the money to save up for a greddy or some other well know company's kit. if i wouldn't have boughten this type s k20 a few days ago (he he he) i woulda bought their b series kit.
btw, get your b motor put in.

ud get just as much performance from a $500 junkyard setup as u would that kit... vecco kit has t3, ssauto manifold it looks like, fake tial wastegate, prolly generic brand bov, and 2" downpipe... not worth the money if u ask me.

Thanks for the replies, I was just wondering because I saw their prices and I thought that they sounded too good to be true. 98b16ex, I'll put in the b16 in sometime soon, but I want to see how good this d16 is with the turbo. (I'm sure I will probably blow the engine after a few weeks though )
