you can fit dsm injectors from the turbo eclipse in the d-series but that's only recommended if you are boosting it

if you really need more fuel, you should look into ECU chipping. use your stock fuel injectors and increase the pulsewidth. On a stock PM6 ECU, the maximum duty cycle (the percentage of time the injector is open based on the firing cycle) is 91% @ 1.3psi & 7400 rpm, which is a condition which rarely happens NA. Throughout the rest of the usable rpm range, there is a lot of room for increase.

You can also provide slightly more fuel by raising the base fuel pressure by a small amount. the injectors will keep the same pulsewidth, but will have more pressure powering the fuel as the injector opens, providing more fuel.

stock injectors are fine for most "all-motor" applications, unless you are making over 250whp or so, and then you can upgrade to slightly larger aftermarket injectors (stock are 240cc)

to answer your original question, yes, DSM (eclipse/talon/laser) fuel injectors will fit into a honda fuel rail like stock, but you will have to bore the manifold injector seals out to compensate for the larger barrel of the DSM injector.

1g manual turbo - 450cc
1g automatic turbo - 390cc
^^ both of these require injector resistors which can be found on 92-96 prelude, 90-93 accord, 88-91 civic, 86-89 integra, 90-91 integra.

the 2g DSM's have saturated type injectors which will work with no wiring changes to your car.
