96 accord distributor cap?

96 accord distributor cap?

i have a friend with a 96 accord ex sedan.. i took a look at his distributor cap and it looks like there is no space to advance or retard it.. is there a way to adjust it? thanks!

It's OBD2 so you can't rotate the distributor to play with timing.

I'm not sure but I think the timing has to be changed in the ECU. If I'm wrong I'm sorry, having a brain fart, not sure if I'm right or wrong.
