hey guys what up, well i just bought my crx today and when i am driving then step on the brake and let off once for a straight minute it will go up and down at 1000 rpms what is taht? like the brake booster or not enough vaccum? dont know so thanks

 

There is a vacuum problem somewhere

 

well i looked and the ecu blinked 13 or 12 times so i dont know what that is,also damn check engine light comes on
