I have 95 civic Dx and my it stays outside half the time and when it rains water comes in behind tail lights and the bottom of my trunk floods how do i fix this?

Get some Sealant and put it around the edges of the lights.

or double the taillight gaskets

 

get new rubbers from the honda dealership or ones from the junk yard

 

Taillight gaskets most likely...try doubling them up
