Default rebuilding JDM tranny...Can you use USDM parts? What parts to use?

I made a post about this in the integra forum I believe but it got out of hand so I figure Ill take it to the real cable tranny pros...the EF nerds

I have a 90-91 Integra LS tranny (stock)
I have a 88-91 SiR y1 tranny
(FOR THE RECORD THESE ARE CABLE TRANNYS)
I want to use the LS 5th gear and rebuild the y1 tranny.

With that in mind are there usdm bearnings/seals/ect I can use?

What should I reuse/replace?

I plan on putting a Quaife unit in it as well.

Ive been runing around in circles for ever; I found the guy that USED to ship parts over from japan but I seems hes inactive now.

Any help would be great from you gurus. This is the LAST thing I need to finish to put the 400whp motor in. PLEASE HELP ME!

ive called prostreet and Eugene is too busy to give me the needs I need so I wont deal with him. Poor customer service imo. Hes using a USDM part to replace the JDM syncros and he wont share it either.

gear speed only sells the syncros not the sleeves. Im worried that my syncros are bad there for Id like to replace the sleeves as well.

What else is in a tranny
syncros (w/sleeves) gears, bearnings, and seals?

If I go the gear speed route it looks like about 600 bucks shipped?
