Ok Rob, I'll take your word for it that you didn't know that this car has seen lots of track time, but you wouldn't believe me, so here is the proof. The car was run with Midwest Sports Car Council, and if you look at their schedule, they ONLY run at race tracks. BFR is Blackhawk Farms Raceway and GIN is Gingerman Raceway. These are autox in the sense of time trials on a full race circuit. Why else would you think that a car that is otherwise stock has stainless steel brake lines on it? I won't mention his name becuase we both know who the owner is. He is listed in the BS class.

1998:
http://my.execpc.com/~mcscc/1998/axpts98.html
raced 4 times. for some reason his name appears on a different line for his 4th race.

1999:
http://my.execpc.com/~mcscc/1999/axpts99.pdf
raced once.

2000:
http://my.execpc.com/~mcscc/2000/axpts00.pdf
raced 4 times.

I think what I am offering you is certainly NOT lowballing and is quite reasonable, especially knowing that this car was tracked fairly heavily in its 3500 mile life. I also have the money at hand. I am interested in buying it tonight. You have my number.

Wow, nothing like trashing a good post because i wouldn't sell to you. I dont think your lowballing me but i feel the car is worth more than your offering. If you don't like my price, buy someone elses.

6 autox's in 6 years.....yeah, totally "beat". I run my car harder on the street than i do at autoX. He was upfront about everything on the car, I had no reason not to beleive him when he told me it never saw a track. And high speed autoX is still FAR different from a track day. 99% of these miles are street driven.

Why do you care if its been "beat" on? the only reason you want the car is to take to track days. So what difference does it make? WTF?

You drove it, it feels solid.

I'd buy this car in a heartbeat.

3500 miles for 18,750. Doesn't get better than that.

But wait a minute - isn't that what the ITR was supposed to be built for?

Tracking a car is gentler than autocrossing it assuming you don't hit anything.

This has nothing to do with whining. This has everything to do with the fact that I told you all this over the phone, yet you would not believe a single word I said. You think I would just make this crap up? Had you been more considerate and actually listened to what I said instead of flat out denying that this car has ever touched the track, I would never have needed to post anything up.

yea i suppose i could do that

http://autotrader.com/findacar...&y=16

I bet every dollar in my bank account that everyone of those cars has been beaten on harder than mine. And none of them have very low miles and most are at or ABOVE my price.

look james, if you have some issues, lets talk over email.

Last time i checked the ITR was made for the track. Having said that, stop whining about the price (which is very fair). Great job you ruined a perfectly good for sale thread

spark plugs look perfect.

I think you should sell your Type R swapped Si, and then trade me your R for my Si with a fully built LS VTEC and a CRAP LOAD of extras

Haha good luck with the sale man, if I had the money I would be picking this up. Free Bump for a Fellow ClubSi Member
