Default 2000 Accord SE Panic Alarm Problem

I have a 2000 Accord SE and lately when I start the car the panic alarm just sounds. It cannot be shut off. THe panic button, ignition etc have all been attempted but the alarm must time out. Obviously this is unacceptable at 5a when I leave for work etc... Anyone have any ideas what can cause this? It happened a month ago, I made an appointment at the dealer and then it stopped. So they told me nothing was wrong. Now it is happening again. If there is a way I can disable the alarm that would be great too.

If the ignition won't turn on and the siren is going off then try getting out of the car and inserting the key into the driver side door and turning it. My sisters 97 accord has the same thing and sometimes she either turns the ignition to turn it off or uses the method above. Hope this helps.

have you accidentaly pressed the lock button? I've noticed if you use your remote to lock the car, then start it up, your car thinks you locked the car from outside and someone's stealing you car...
