Nissan Manifolds on B/D-series?

Nissan Manifolds on B/D-series?

Has anyone tried to fit a C18DET mani or perhaps a SR20DET manifold onto a D or B block?

Im sure it wouldnt work on a d-series as the cyl spacing is pretty small. As for the b im not really sure.
