i have a 1985 accord hatchback, and i want some speed, i looked around and found a site that sells the b16 and other such JDM spec engines but i was wonderin if that was my only option for speed, what do you guys think?

 

i thin you should sell it and get somethign that is a lot easier to work on, since it is most likely carbed.
in your shoes id look into a weber progressive carb and a reground cam maybe...

 

best bet is to sell it, u can try to get a new motor but lets do this equation:

motor + labor + parts > what the car is worth

just make it simple on yourself and buy something easier to work on

 

edit: never mind lol...

i think b swaps into old accord hatches are for like 86-89?
