Yes, any B-series will fit. What are you asking about the speed above 120mph? Are you asking if it's possible? It is. The ITR ratio isn't THAT high. Only slightly above a GSR.

Ok, you can have a choice, either top speed or acceleration, but not both, from a transmission. Its all fairly basic. The closer the gear ratio, the higher you can keep the revs between each shift, the better you will accelerate, but the lower your top speed will be.

Well if 120mph is your idea of "top speed" then you will have no problem. That tranny with that motor will go 120mph no problem at all.
It'll probably go pretty close to 150 indicated on the speedo.

As someone said, you can have either acceleration or top speed. Very difficult to get both.
Again, top speed and acceleration are relative to other things. Sure your car can go 120, or maybe even an indicated 150, but it's going to take a while to get there. My parents Civic DXcan get to 120 in probably 2 minutes going downhill, but it can get there. My S2K could get there in 20 seconds or so. It's all relative.
You're not going to be blown away with your "acceleration" or "top speed" in that car no matter what you do to it. It's a 92 Integra dude. Sorry.
But in a daily driver sense, it will be a slight improvement with that tranny. Note I said SLIGHT.
Where are you going that fast anyway? 90% of the time you're going to be slower than that, I'd worry about accelerating at slower speeds more.

Yes, the g2's have a cable tranny. wouldn't you be better off getting a ys1 or another cable tranny for the engine? or would the tranny depend on what year bottom end he used to make the ls/vtec? hm...

No the YS1 is a cable tranny I thought... it comes with the b16 XSi swap I want from http://www.hmotorsonline.com with an option for LSD
Although I could be wrong, I'm not exactly sure. I have no idea what kind of tranny the b18c5's come with.
