Default Good Coilover kit for trak days

Hi!
I am sercheng for some good coilovers for my Accord.
I often go to trak days and would like to find something good.
I would like that also the shock hardness to be adjustable.

I have seen Tein SS kit and Tanabe Sustec Pro SS (also the Type II).
Are these kits ok?

What other kits do you suggest?

Thanks

absolutely... they are a bit stiff for the road but work real nice on the track. on a soft level theyre ok for the street, i would also suggest some sway bars

Are you saying of both?

I don't mind if they are stiff on road!

I have already ST sway bars!
