Yeah, the title says it all. These guys/gals do not get enough credit for what they do. They're out in the heat/cold, keeping us safe while we go out and have fun. As much of a cluster as some of this past weekend was, these folks are always busting their humps to ensure we have the best/safest time possible. Quite frankly, I don't know how they do it.

Just wanted to say that I appreciate that greatly, and I (and my wife for that matter) feel better knowing you're on the grid and at the stations. You guys just plain kick ***

Oh, and thanks to the folks that aren't always in the heat/cold too. You know, like Linda, Mark, JJ

I had a great time this weekend - all the student groups were well behaved, and the instructwhore group was alot of fun as always!

Guys,

Thanks to all of you. As I have said before I love this stuff and I love you guys. I know I'm the big sappy guy but I can't help it. I try not to get too emotional about this stuff but the NASA staff that we have is absolutely the best group of people that I have ever worked with. I have always felt that this is a family. I grew up in big family (6 kids) and there is something very special about the feeling that occurs in the paddock amoungst everyone in the paddock. (Although from what I understand there was a little more LOVE going on in the paddock this weekend than others)

We need to thank Summit Point and Bill Scott as well. Bill has been burnt many times with "pro" shows and when I went to him with the Hfest idea four years ago he dug it because it was about exposing people to the sport from the attainable level. One of the guys in HC is a product of a Lowes Hfest. The other thing to be thankful for is that Bill continues to support NASA. He gave us a shot in 2000 and has continued to make his facility open to us when it is closed to MANY. If you get a chance please send an email to morsini@bsr-inc.com to have passed to Bill. Without his playground we would all be twiddling our thumbs.

The AC was down ALL day saturday in T and S. The only thing worse than hot OUTSIDE is hot INSIDE.

And...we are all very very happy to have Drew "CowMan-zella" back (anybody have that pic?). Linda "Dirty Belle" Adkins said that Drew was so animated in his splitting duties that it got her all excited. We are a weird group.

My favorite part was when the blue Protege (nasty *** former SSC/ITC car) was coming up on me, I pointed him to the left. He then goes right and waves at me.

It isn't THAT HARD people! I point you left, you go left. I point you right, you go right. Uncle Dan teaches you all this in competition school.
