Default My poor teg (totaled)

Hey guys just got results of my crash I was in in my 93 teg. I know it was totaled but I was waiting for insurance to declare fault. Well they called it a NO FAULT. WTF!!! It was an intersection controlled by 3 stop signs. I was on the right turning left and he was going straight. so the car in front of him went then I started to go when he went also and nailed me. Barely any damage to his car you can judge from pics on mine. Damn insurance screwed me since both of us had the same company and i didn't have collision. I would sue but I don't have enough time to. URGH!!! it pisses me off. Well that was a while ago and since I have replaced it with another teg. Oh by the way in the crash pic the white strip under the bumper is my Led kit.

Pics of new car to come soon

law says you must remain
10ft away from the car in front of you.....
so if anything happens to the front of your car its your fault.....

i must agree, from the looks of things. If you were turning left and he was going straight. if it was a 4 way intersection and he "hit you" then the bulk of the damage would be to the passengerside fender area unless you hit him head on, or if it was a 3 way intersection the bulk of the damage would be to the driverside fender not the bumper like that unless again you came out and hit him. Just saying from where the collision damage is on the front it would be kinda od for it to happen like you said. Sorry about the car though that really sucks man hope you have better luck with your new one.

That is exactly what happened. there is a possibility he didn't fully stop but i had the right of way i have no idea why there was so much damage i was told it was just a vulnerable point on the car i was hit but like an 87 camry. i'm getting a 92 teg

But see it wasn't found to be my fault. It was no ones fault. or dual fault whichever you call it

you were turning left...puts you at the bottom of the right of way list

if you look at traffic law, if you are at a stop sign, you remain stopped until you are clear to go...not until its your 'turn'...common courtesy says you go in the order you stopped...like if its a 2 way, and the other person was there first, they go first...
